American TikToker and podcaster Jake Shane rose to fame posting comedy skits, based on requests from his followers.

With some videos receiving over 20 million views, he's amassed a following of more than 2 million, and gone on to host his own weekly podcast, Therapuss, with guests including Reneé Rapp and Tate McRae. GQ commented that Shane has 'distinguished himself by simply not trying that hard: unlike other comedians on the platform'.
